the background is pretty bad... the problem is your clouds look like blur. if you look at real clouds you'll find they are almost never just white, there is depth, shading, plus even sharp edges and wisps...the character is alright, but the shading there leaves a bit to be desired. for example, why is the shading on the hair only right next to the neck? it would probably continue for some distance, assuming that is hair coming off her head... |

You mean Lacaux? It's ok but I would reccomend okaki-shi. It has great tools and layer availibility. Even though Lacaux has unlimited layer acsess.

wanted to see if i could do it...the japanese says "beneath the cherry blossoms...the beautiful woman awaits her lover" so yeah...the ellipse tool was giving me a LOT of trouble, so i'm not gonna do designs on the kimono. we'll just say that the designs are at the bottom. so waddya think?
