You may have noticed that 2draw has been down for quite some time today. I should first say that this was not intended downtime, although ironically it should have helped a little in keeping bandwidth down for this month. However, this wasn't any random downtime. 2draw.net is currently hosted on a shared server (a single computer with many different websites running off of it). i think if you work offline, you won't get the popups. anyway,this is a cool pic. for some reason, it reminds me of Rei's pink twin (rei from evangalion)

If you don't use spyware/adware, you won't get popups, simple as that. remove software like kazaa and whatnot.

I like your pixel-by-pixel work! I don't know how to do pixel-by-pixel art, but I think it's very detailed and I like the style. I kinda wish more people had detail in their pics like this (not necessarily pixel-by-pixel). A few people on this site do have great detail in their pics, though. Hmm. Great job!

I have a headstart on pixelation actually, I'm what is known as a 'Doller', and I always pixel shaded. Except instead of just shading stuff, when I make this sort of thing I draw everything.
But too much detail makes a picture look 'Busy' of course, so one must be careful about that too.

Stop the Spam

While it's nice to have new people around, it's not nice when they spam the site, and hundreds of images have to be deleted. Because of this surge of new users, many of which are posting crap, bandwidth for this month is gonna put 2draw in the red. So, please, stop. Or donate. But still stop.

Just a person....Not done....quite alot to do...Got any suggestions for porportions or colors, or even shapes? Just say so...Cause I see something wrong...but I don't know what.

sprite style, not enough people doing that. the lighting on the lips could be the problem

depending on the lighting, the lips would probably have a little bit of shine to each side of the middle on the bottom lip. (follow me on that one?) that would kinda make it look more rounded. and the top lip is angled kinda down and away from overhead lightsources.. so its usually dark. and dont forget shadow from the top lip, and refelection from the bottom. whoo.

and a piece of advice? the whole thigh area is way to big, maybe make it slimmer so it joins the body further back, instead of near the middle?

I think the thigh looks fine, with the doggy, uh, thing, being poised like that, arched back and so forth.
With the back thing, it remind me of a cat, when it's mad. Are you doing the whole picture in greyed tones or is the doggy-cat-wolf the only thing grayish? Or are you going to lay colour over it in a new layer? Or whatever. I'll stop rambling before -I- don't even understand me.

2draw is never off unless you get a message with the 2draw logo and stuff specifically saying it's down. if you get some lame "microsoftersized" error, then that means either your computer is borked, your ISP is borked, or some connection inbetween is borked.
