I just now saw that this is a new quarter/gallery... and that this horrid thing is the only picture I have in there, and my initial thought was "how embarrassing"... and then I realized that it's okay, because later I'll be happy when I see it and remember those of you that said nice stuff even though the picture really kind of sucks. Then I thought to myself... it looks like you posted it just because you were hurt and you wanted attention... and then I realized... Oh Cindy be whiney, be cranky, Lord knows with all the hel you've been through your deserving to be so. Besides, you have a larger happier stronger outlook on life that superceded any bad moments. Something I admire in you. That youcould see the humour after youbroke it speaks volumes. (I can't believe the crutches made things worse. Try having the screws turned inward. And hey is all else fails cover them in duct tape, then it'll just rub against you, and not rip anything.)

wow. let's see. thank you so much for the sweet comments! I really love palm trees,water and hammocks, so I guess I must have been in a nice mood when creating this "cliche" drawing. I suppose that many drawings could be called cliche, gosh, think of how many portraits that have already been drawn...gee, no sense in anyone drawing anymore, huh...? lol...anyway. Sweetcell, thanks for defending the draw, and in that sense, defending my right to be 'cliche.' I was going to address the rudeness of the remarks on here, but don't need the drama on this lovely Sunday morning. Think I'll go draw a road disappearing into the sunset, oh jeez, that's been done though, hasn't it? how cliche that would be...lol peace, brothers and sisters...peace.

Not sure if you have the splinter out of your finger yet. What sweet said works, but if your a bit squeemish, I sometimes try to suck it out, at the very least it somewhat losens it.
Paper cuts and splinters -> 2 of lifes littlest yet relatively most painful 'injuries'.
