Yay yay yay!!! When I was little my mom was a cool hippie mom who played me all sorts of awesome albums. Mostly she played Alice Cooper but she also played me some beautiful Zeppelin. It reminds me of watching my dad build racecars in the garage listening to KQ (the local classic rock station), and now it makes me want to go play guitar. Since I started that whole thing they've been an absolute staple in my current line-up of listenables.Yeah so I really like ur drawring it rocks. :B

stopped here yesterday since anatomy sucks like hell but it wont let me finish it anymore now =((Took the wrong board so pls mods move it back to the intermed boards! thx =) moep anatomy still sucky like hell - anyway decided to finish it here- and still hoping for a mod to put it into the intermed board

Some minor changes
left arm was looking awkward I liked it sketchy, but I think it looks good cleaned up a little I really liked how you shaded the edges of her suit but I felt it needed the black lines where the outside lineart is heavy I think I made her face look much better as well Great job on the colouring so far, looks fantastic!!

I think the tongue and teeth should be a bit sharper, and the lips, a little softer-particularly the top lip.

nice rant. i agree. copying is a fine exercise as long as you credit the original photo. using your own voice is always a greater risk--which is why it's much more fun on all sides. in the fine art world, artists who do this sort of thing always add an indicator in the title. they'll say, "after ____insert artist's name". what gets me are those "pros" in galleries who blatantly lift another artist's style and call it their own. |
