Women are crazy.

That said, the shine is fantastic on this, and that reflection in the shadow is a nice touch. Good sense of depth, too.

Is there a tool in lascaux for gradients or did you do that yourself?
If you did it yourself that is an INCREDIBLE job.

Wowwhoawoo! Luff deesh one (love all of 'em). It's a nice change when you see someone making good use of composition.
kejoco (Mar 12, 2005)
Dan, I think you're the master, on this site, of using white space as an emotional tool
Great job
DarkCloak (Mar 12, 2005)
Cool! This guy is menacing and creepy at the same time! I love it!
Childlike_Vampire (Mar 13, 2005)
This makes me want to grab my flashlight and blast it on him, en garde style. Really nice contrast, grabbed my attention like mad.

Wow, that's damn nifty.

Thanks

Sometimes I try to refrain from commenting on your work because it seems like I just follow you around and wait for you to draw something new and great like this so I can look at it. (Don't tell anyone, but I do.) This reminded me of my Daddy's old worn out wrangler shirts that he wears to work around the ranch that I steal when they get old and soft. I like this picture alot and I had to say so.
kejoco (Mar 10, 2005)
I think the fact that you left the technique a little loose works really well with the subject
looks awesome dan
i'm sort of like dba, don't comment on all your pictures even though most of them are awesome because i feel i'll become redundant and none of the comments would mean anything

What is "style" to you?
Gigandas (edited Feb 28, 2005)
I'm just curious since I see so many people metioning that a majority of us, if not all of us have an actual "style." So what I'm curious about is, what defines "style" in your minds? Is it something that comes with experience in life?Drawing?Or is it just something that comes naturally that as soon as you put your pencil on paper (only an example of many possibilities) it's your "own style"? *Please comment before reading the following of my opinion, so there isn't any biased opinions if you...
