This is a picture that I got from a fried on bebo, so I do not have the reference site. I have three layers here and it took a very long time because I kept getting these morph images when I would draw and even when I would toggle through the layers, a straight lined boxy image in black would appear. I had to redraw the girl at least ten times in different areas of the drawing. Is this because of my pen, this program, or a problem with my tablet? Any information would be appreciated. |

My late pet bird. <3 It's been years, but I still miss him.no ref. ...the blanket looks more like water though. Oh well.

It does look like water just make it more solid..it's a pretty good drawing otherwise

You know I actually like it better as water, I dunno seems more..... mystical? I know what you mean, I've been missing my cat I lost in 2006. And my other animals. You never forget them.

Do yourself a big favor ..use either Oekaki Shi Painter or Lascaux.. you'll be much happier

nice....I have not used this program that you used yet. I have mainly done the lascaux. I think starz likes the Oekaki Shi. Personally I cannot tell the difference.

Hey Meno. I really like the colors. Very calming. Nice draw. Keep at it. Both Starzshine & QTgillen said they didn't think they could learn the drawing applets here, but now they are drawing amazing pictures.

Honey, I'm not trying to be a bitch or a perfectionist but I'm sorry, if your just doodling like this that's what begginer's for. You have pieces that belong here but if your just sketching please put it in begginers. Advanced is Advanced for a reason. Worked on this now....not just a doodle now, but then again, it never really was!
OMG, I submitted this by accident without the pic showing. Had toggled to a different layer.....duh

I like this but it looks unfinished. The scribbly lines (especially on the face) look like a preliminary sketch and the thing looks imcomplete.

love this Laura, I may have this same lady, but with a different pose. I just love the Carnivale of Venice, and I have tons of pics that I want to do when I get brave enough, lol. Some are quite intricate and I may just do them a bit at a time. Love the colors and the playfulness this has. One day I would love to go and witness this festival for myself. ah one can only dream, in the meantime we can draw and paint and make us believe we are there...:D |

People begin in begginers to get used to the appelet's, it's what's reccommended. The talent's there for sure though.

Sorry Sweetcell....this is staying as is, it is as it was intended. I had the ground exactly as the ref pic was and decided I did not like it, and I changed it to this contrast from the photo.....I happen to like the bird realistic and the ground more sketchy....thanks anyway! |
