Public Boards/Advanced
patienceisoverrated and TRIP (Nov 3, 2006)
The applet froze. Dangit.

I wanted to do something really big. So I'm drawing on the advanced board, which generally freaks me out.

If anybody sees any problems with this, I would love them forever if they could point them out before I start colouring.

May I color on this? Tell me how and I will work on it! I love the lines and subject! Please, please, please, please let me help!!!
patienceisoverrated (Dec 1, 2006)
I think TRIP has this one, but if y'all really want, I can draw you something to colour.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Dec 1, 2006)
You're like a really gifted actress that suffers from stage fright or a beautiful model that is completely terrified of the camera, or the olympic athlete that might crater under the pressure of competition. Everything you do belongs on the advanced board, actually, I wonder what you'd do with bastard space and more confidence. You possess talent. Realize it.
Kentai12 (Aug 12, 2008)
it's a shame you still haven't finished this drawing, the outcome looks like it would be marvelous and beautiful.

I wonder if you turn a surfboard upside down with the fins up if you could use it for a snowboard.

or...you could take your time and it'll be spring, anyway
Let's see, if the timer were correct on this thing, it would mean that I painted at an approximate speed of 1 HPM. (hair per minute) and 2 SPM (snoflakes per minute) :)

TOO cute, Cindy. Way too cute for words. Well done, too. That kind of combination can make your nose twitch and your feet tap and your brain heady like you had too much wine. :)
Anna (Nov 8, 2007)
the texture on him is soooo wow. particularly in the ass area! awesome, cindy!

Thanks for the compliments guys. And yeah, enjoydotcom, I did use a reference for this. I wish I could draw from imagination for this sort of thing.

Don't know who he is, but I recognize good works. When you do more realism I'm reminded of how good and diverse an artist you are.
Sugarskull (Feb 8, 2007)
Cool Kakihara, It's been awhile since I've last seen Ichi the Killer.

Thanks Dave and Caddris.
The wallpaper will be explained in a drawing, I promise! It isn't hard to do and you may find it fun! ^0^
Shoebox (Dec 13, 2005)
I have an idea of how you did it, but I'll wait 'til the drawing.
Aboslutely stunning, looks like she's waking up from a good nights sleep. I hope to someday be able to do figures like you.
The blanket is also quite lovely.

Okay so you do have a photo of My late kitty. He was called Four Wheel Drive. Because just a week after he opened his eyes for the first time.
We found him standing on the top of our House Door, after looking for him while his sister sat inside the box crying to get out.
frootcake (Feb 22, 2007)
agreed. fantastic. amazed by the speed
cmb (Feb 22, 2007)
email me a photo Marlon and I will try and draw Four wheel drive here...

This cuaght my eye immediately. I'm very suprized i've never seen it before now.
Definely an eye cetching picture.
KGH (Feb 20, 2008)
I think this is the most realistic drawing/painting I have ever seen. The skin is amazing.
Kloxboy (Feb 20, 2008)
KGH: You need to see more art then. This is a good piece but it's not superior or even that interesting, imo. This is more of a reflection of another artists perspective (the original photographer), opposed to being a true, unique connection with the subject matter. The girl who painted this piece was more of a "spectator" than an artist, at least from what I knew about her. Some people think they can just dabble in anything, come and go as they please but in the end, they'll never truly gain anything from the expereince. True expression takes dedication, understanding and sacrifice, I don't see any of those qualities here.
GoldDragonfly (Feb 25, 2008)
very beautiful ^^
