I live fairly close to the Grand Union Canal (south of B'ham), and this picture looks tremendous. The wrought ironwork in the foreground adds depth - I look forward to seeing this finished :) |

I think this is the most realistic drawing/painting I have ever seen. The skin is amazing.

KGH: You need to see more art then. This is a good piece but it's not superior or even that interesting, imo. This is more of a reflection of another artists perspective (the original photographer), opposed to being a true, unique connection with the subject matter. The girl who painted this piece was more of a "spectator" than an artist, at least from what I knew about her. Some people think they can just dabble in anything, come and go as they please but in the end, they'll never truly gain anything from the expereince. True expression takes dedication, understanding and sacrifice, I don't see any of those qualities here.

thanks :) but im a bit disappointed with the detail on the hand, don't know how to make the lines sharper, its not very smooth and hurts my eyes

Dig this...makes me kind of giggle too, because it reminds me alot of stuff I did in highschool as far as ideas/composition.I would encourage you to put a slight more detail in the hand some how, and I don't necessarily mean make it more "realistic"...just more detail...I rather like the contrast in drawing styles between the skeleton hand and apple. Nice job. |

your such a ****, i struggle with myself to motivate myself to draw and when i do its pish, and yet every day when i come her, i am mesmerized by your stuff, every piece is excellent in that signiture style shi is allowing you. sux to be me, pwnage to be you. and as soon as i hit submit, i'm watchin the animation and there ain't nuttin you can do to stop me =O HA.maybe it was the music i was listening to, but i think that mite be the 1st axil animation ive watched, and it was like, an experience, i felt like i was witnessing birth or something, mmm the dots
