Oekaki has layers, so you can do line-art on one, and coloring on the layer behind (underneath) it. Comes in very handy, so you don't have to go over the lines if you don't want to.

My comment? Don't let the cat get the mouse(pad). Uch, bad joke. I like the drawing, it'd be nice if it had a body perhaps, and a little darker colors in the eyes. But I still feel it's a charming cat.
