Its hard to give C&C when you yourself say that you love the line art and shading and colors. I'm sorry, but the lines are choppy, colors are okay, could be a bit more contrast to it, and shading also needs more contrast. Its good to feel confident, but being in love with your own work doesn't help in becoming a better artist.

I think it's Dutch, which is not German. Scandinavian. (Is "het lict", "the light"?) Scandinavians, the Dutch, Norway, Denmark, Finland, all those countries, produce some of the best art design in the world,and it's not surprising our friend here is so good. This is lovely. Yes,if you look up Scandinavian design in all areas of the art world products, interior decoration, textiles, they are some of the best artists. --and highly regarded by buyers everywhere. I've seen pictures of famous designers' work, sigh. Yes, Roytje, you're very talented. :)

I completely missed that as well. Lol.
There’s this gag that Danish gets confused with Dutch and vice versa. And if my life depended on it, I could possibly understand Danish, our societies are not too dissimilar. Also, wow, this is originally from 12.5 years ago!!!! Holy cowbells.

I agree with you about some of the comments over to Senile, but I guess the thing that draws me over there is that shi painter 1.8 I love that program. I wish we had it here or over to Ginkgo. Maybe by the time I get really good at it they will update it here, or over to my other fav. place. I go over to Senile about once a day to check things out, but as far as posting a bunch I won't be doing that. I can see they are a lot younger, and don't put a lot of effort into thier drawings or comments. I have seen some pretty drawings, but like you said We can spend 2-3 hours on something and someone that puts no effort into their stuff will give a negatively sounding comment. Ooooo KKkkkk! LOL It was just sort of a challenge for me to figure it out, since I almost have it, it is losing it's appeal.

This reminds me of the little Bible school song... red and yellow, black and white... they are precious in His sight... 'Course you'd have to add a few colors to the song for this one... :) It's really beautiful, I like it.

stupid fwd. I got in my email(created a visual.. although I went with a whirlpool, not sauna):
THREE WOMEN, TWO YOUNGER, AND ONE SENIOR CITIZEN, WERE SITTING NAKED
IN A SAUNA SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND.

THE YOUNG WOMAN PRESSED HER FOREARM AND THE BEEP STOPPED. THE
OTHERS LOOKED
AT HER QUESTIONINGLY.

"THAT WAS MY PAGER," SHE SAID. I HAVE A MICROCHIP UNDER THE SKIN OF MY
ARM.

A FEW MINUTES LATER, A PHONE RANG. THE SECOND YOUNG WOMAN LIFTED HER
PALM TO HER EAR. WHEN SHE FINISHED, SHE EXPLAINED, "THAT WAS MY MOBILE
PHONE. I HAVE A MICROCHIP IN MY HAND."

THE OLDER WOMAN FELT VERY LOW TECH. NOT TO BE OUT DONE, SHE DECIDED
SHE HAD TO DO SOMETHING JUST AS IMPRESSIVE. SHE STEPPED OUTSIDE OF THE
SAUNA AND WENT TO THE BATHROOM. SHE RETURNED WITH A PIECE OF
