These are all gone around my house. Ours were the orange color anyway. I almost deleted this in verson 2, but I took a break, came back and it wasn't as bad as I thought...so I finished it. From a photo.

I have to agree with emmamommalaq -- it's the dew drops which really bring the whole piece together for me. :) Beautiful work! Am I right in remembering that this kind of lily is known as a "Stargazer Lily"? I know that I used to see something by that name in the bulb catalogues among the red&yellow flowers that I love so very much, and it seems so apt that someone with your username might be attracted to them, too. :)

bottle brush! I love this! I made one kinda.. sorta.. just a teensy bit like it. But only way it's like it is because it has.. Bottle Brush. Which I love. 'Think there's so pretty. Wonderful wonderful! Mucho realistic and so very light and airy. Almost feels like I'm standing there. |
