well, it depends on if you decide to keep up this quality of work.. and event he people that post on advance still post on beginner from time to time.. it's not a sudden 'okay, now I"ll move up.' it's a case bye case basis 'Is -this- picture good enough.' type of decision, but I would say that if you do keep up this quality then.. yes, I think you are... just remember, every picture ought to teach you something new *nods* don't be afraid to constantly branch out into new areas.

I don't know how this one slipped by w/out me seeing it sooner. I absolutely love the "statue watchers" of the gates, and I can imagine what might be looming behind that gate. The bluish monotone is perfect for this.. the mood is perfect here. I don't know who that character is, but I can picture a grieving woman in a flowing gown in place of him... eeerie. :)
