I fixed her up a bit. (If you can see the difference, then you are more amazingly talented than me.) Darkk Angel brought up the point of her hair being kind of nice the way it is, and partly in agreeance, partly in laziness, I decided not to shade it. (also if I were going to shade it I'd want to use layers and my internet connection doesn't like those very much) If you want to see something funny, view the animation, it's a little phemonenon I call 'artist's indecision'.

Even if it isn't long for a pic, I still think it's cute. You rarely see magenta birds, but they're nice. The eyes are nice, too. Maybe you could try out PaintBBS, as it's much more user-friendly and resourceful.

Excuse me, I am artistically challenged, but at least I try, right?The Poem in quotes is a segmant of a poem in, "The Fellowship of the Ring." I added the, "You will be my friend part," Just to cheese it up like every good self-made Birthday present should be. This is a carnivorous plant, but unlike its cousin, the Venus Fly Trap, rather than trapping physically this Flower traps souls. I thought it may come in handy for you, Shiek. Happy Birthday, hope you like my picture, even though it is not the best =P -Throws conffetti-

Remember, don't just use one color to shade a certain thingy. Use lots of different brightness levels and darkness levels to attain a 'rounded' look. Lookin good so far, despite the insane look. ^o^
