This whole piece is quite beautiful...the night sky, the twinkly lights(great effect)...but the girl is my favorite in this. The way you did her hair is just awesome...love the curls and the colors. :] |

i agree with that...actually i was releasing drawing this..i've got 'life' frustrations, well, more than usual and this was minor therapy.thanks : )

Yep, life can be pretty bumpy. I betcha if you can find something to get absorbed in here, your 'life' frustrations will lift, as well. :) I usually scribble and stuff when I'm upset and don't post... nothing constructive comes out of it when I feel like that. lol Hope things look upnupnupnup soon!

Beautiful draw! This has the appearance of having been done with oil pastels. I find when life gets frustrating, it helps to pull the wings off flies, and to bully someone helpless.. (jk jk)

The blood is indeed very spiffy. Great job with the shading, too, using the globe of light as a light source.

that's awesome. The blood in her hands is a little disturbing but overall the picture depicts a powerful message. Her eyes don't look that scary (even though I find red eyes a bit scary) but I guess how her eyes are focussed on the light in her hands, it looks a little tame. lol I love how you did her hair. Stylish. =)

the lines are cool, it's different from the basic smooth portraits we have here. Maybe you should erase a few. The key is knowing where to put the lines. Good job. :) I <3 her lips

I love the details on the ducks, the sky, the cliff, and the water.. hmm on pretty much everything! hehe The different hues in the water are breathtaking. I can see the reflection of the cliffs, the sun, the sky, and even the ducks.
