123Shoot - I ran out of space again. She got flattened out by the color. I need to put in some deep shadows. :\ Yay, got an extension and managed to fix up some of those problems.
Sweetlove15 (Feb 1, 2011)
I love this. The touches of purple look amazing :)
Quirks (Nov 19, 2011)
Beautiful and magnificent. Years late but still, this is lovely. I love the purple added to that, as well.

Anna (Mar 19, 2006)

solve (Mar 19, 2006)

Sweetcell (Mar 19, 2006)
that is just absolutely sweet. I want him, but I don't think my own dog will react well. it's just so awwwww
enirroc (Apr 8, 2010)
This picture drew my attention for three reasons. 1: I have the same type of dog. 2: I had a cat named Mr. Stinky. 3: It's really good. =D Nice job. |

Decided to go for some realism in a painterly way. I used a photo from a magazine as reference.Doh! I went way past the 400 kilobyte limit. No chance for revision.
patienceisoverrated (Mar 13, 2006)
you are, like, wow. this is beautiful.
Rosemary (Mar 14, 2006)
really lovely :)
Gigandas (Mar 14, 2006)
Try also squinting and looking at this; pretty cool.I think you must have a good eye for colors and shapes if you can manage to get such a close photo-quality picture out of scribbles.
Flubbles (Mar 28, 2009)
Ive never seen this person's artwork before, im really impressed! im disappointed i cant see anymore.I think they had more potential aswell. |

Warming up - haven't drawn for a few days. Found something like a dragon in this one.
BlitzCloud (May 1, 2006)
Looks very lizard'ish :)Thats something good i mean, because some people miss the relation between dragons and real reptiles. very good sketch!
Kloxboy (May 1, 2006)
I think that's brilliant. I like the style you used and the the structure of the neck keeps me looking at this piece. |

Trying out Shi Painter: it's got a pretty nice line quality with the pen tool.I like scribbling. I find interesting ideas that look like crap. I guess it's sort of like free writing. I like boobs.
LisaAnne (Apr 30, 2006)
Not sure but I keep thinking Warhol Elvis...or zombie. Either way its an interesting posture, and the hand area is very well done for scribbles. I appreciate your constant search for knowledge, and good attitude on the board. You have "skillzzzzz". :) |

Just some quick practice sketches to warm up.Used a reference of a tortoise for this one: http://www.backfromthebrink.org/speciesimages/13/1_gopher_tortoise.jpg. Tried to emulate my pencil technique with the tablet, but it takes longer and doesn't look nearly as good.
Zack (Apr 16, 2006)
Nice loose reference work. I like your hatching; it makes for a very illustrative style. I think it'd be cool if you made some of these pictures like they were pages from some fantasy logbook.
Deino (Apr 16, 2006)
I absolutely love it! Reminds me of the Mock Turtle, from Alice in Wonderland.
method3 (Apr 28, 2006)
Reminds me of the guy who did the concept stuff for the Stargate movie, he did alot of animal heads. This sketch is particularly clean!
Maiko (Apr 28, 2006)

Tried starting with a cube this time. The timer's a bit short - I had to reload lascaux somewhere in the middle to get the ink flowing again.

Ron Pearlman, yes, or maybe Tom Waits. Of course, Tom and Ron look alike as well. :) Nice work Comd. |

Took this one slightly past the scribble stage. I was thinking about the Silent Hill movie when I drew it - I loved that movie.

Just searching for more things through scribble. I'm hoping to find ideas to combine together to make into something. The errors don't bother me so much at this stage - just putting down thoughts.
TaCO (Apr 27, 2006)
Now Thats my kinda art!!!!Great job Bob!!!!! |
