Very Nice Eyes!... I kinda want to go back to school too.....Its sweet I had 2 extra electives I didn't even know about last day of school so now i get to start school off with Advanced art (Art 3-4) and Ceramics....

Lucky Zappo.. I applied for the Art Academy at skool, but apparently Miss Hicks didn't like my honest answers, and there is no way in hell I'm taking art2, for Mrs. Mays is crazy (literally, methinks) I'm taking Japanese though ^_^ |

i kind of like the pic.... maybe it's a bit too pastel but hmm...that's for ones not a bad thing...i like the way the blurrieness doesn't get in the way of the clear view... |

Im trying a new method of layering.....Comments would be greatly appriciated!

actually, i shun layering like the devil. the only time i use it is in a picture with lineart... and that would be 2 layers... or in a picture with lots of lighting effects. i think this came out pretty good, but you could have cleaned up the outline a little more. i like the 'messy' smudge effects on the skin, and the indefinite light source. people say you need an obvious light source, but they are wrong!! :D

holy fork my hand hurts.. and im not near done.. still needs some cleaning up on the lineart and colorthis is version 2.. i messed up and saved 2 layers into one the first time.. >_< how do i not do that? [edit: ok so almost done, just gotta make a bg.. damn grainyness]

layers aren't saved on this board. However, it's easy to color, just set the lineart layer to multiply, and color on a layer under it.

I'm simply furious at the moment. All of a sudden the applet decided *I don't want to work, and I'll screw the hell out of your picture, and see if you know how to fix it. I'll finish it later. Damnation take it!

marienkind!!! how could you?!! (:P\ paintbbs isn't as shiny as an applet, but it makes very swank pictures. i've never had a problem with paintbbs, but i haven't used oekaki for a LONG time due to it's being senile, and all.

Lascaux has all the tools of oekaki and more, plus brush opacity/size support for tablets. So use it. :)
