It looks like it is shimmering! Very nicely done, though, I don't think it truly mimics like Xodiak's work. It's a style in itself! He kind of reminds me of The Cheat.

i've seen worse. this is the practice boards so don't worry about experimenting... just try to spend at least 15 min on the pic and see how it turns out :)

I like the darker green instead of black used as the pupil.

I'm pretty sure its an abbreviation for the french word toujours which means always or all the time

It's good, but by no means original :S

...Probably french, I know that tjrs=toujours=always, moche=ugly, galere is... to watch?... c is probably c'est (?) which means it is. It's like a code language! :D

wow, this is very cool. you did a great job with the perspective. it looks like the red dragon just swooped down and back up again and the green dragon sort of followed the motion with his head
