I saved it as a png when i took a screenshot of the canvas, and it looks a LOT less garbled. I can see all sorts of odd little grey marks in green areas that i haven't even got to detailing yet, and the entire image looks slightly blurred in jpg.

I hate the clouds with every fiber of my usually cloud loving being, but i live the rest of this... in fact, i only put in the clouds for a believable bg, and they sucked away 40 minutes... MORE SHARPENING FUN!! i love the sharpen tool...

Before anyone asks, no, he isn't made of lizard scales. i wanted to see that dot style on a person instead of clouds and water for a change. unfotunately, my hand gave out so i only did it half assed.
