It's okay, Donna, we all went to concerts in the 70's that we don't remember going to. (well, late 70's, early 80's for me) (lol... just kidding, obviously it reminded her of something that you didn't intend) It's cool, whatever the inspiration. And I did NOT eat part of it, I ate ALL of it.

(I am so curious as to how you do these... what tools you use. Some of the designs remind me of the scrolley stuff on ribbon candy)

I will give you a Donna-tool tutorial DBA if you teach me how to draw realism. oh yeah sure...like as if. Anyway, I'll memo or email you soon about that...but it's too late tonight...good night all...oh and Sweetcell...yep I had a feeling you meant Bowie...and oh my Gosh do I know about the brain and the effects of the 70's...how could I think I could do all those....and not come away with a bit of uh...damage?

Nah, I have one of those new computers that have front plate plugs for a mike, camera, headphones, and my tablet, so I didn't have to unplug anything or bend at an un-natural angle.

the colorings are good, but the hair looks strange

I like the pose, but I agree with November, the hair looks a bit strange... the way her hair is parted along the top makes it look like her head extends to far back.

Maybe to seperate the back of the hair with the head put in a hairband or move the ribbon towards the point where the head stops to differentiate it. And don't be afraid to put in more shadows and highlights. Scary to do but it helps. I like it overall.
