I suppose you could say that, although the spelling is different and you can leave out the "medi" completely:

Hi,

Nice first drawing! Try to spend a little more time and make the picture larger. :D Keep up the good work!

Take advantage of the solid circle tool to get a perfect round shape (he's very round) Have the flow and opacity all the way to the right so it's a solid color. Use the bezier tool to get better curves for the arms (the arms are too long, shorten them) and legs. Same way you used the circle tool for the body use it for the eye. When your shading and highlighting think about where the sun is hitting. The bezier can help make a curvier smile. And use layers (great, great tool to use) It's on the left side of the screen. Hold your mouse over the small icons to tell you what they all do. Sketch on the bottom layer, ink on the thrid, and color on the second. A simple bg like a solid black or using the gradient tool (the colorful box in the tool menu) is better than a better white. And as Rebel said, spending more time on your pieces is wanted and reccomended. Welcome, hope this helps and you finish.
