It's been a while since I've posted here. I've been practicing a lot in my sketchbook, drawing animals, foliage, buildings, and skies and also been doing at least half an hour of constructing figures every day in hopes of getting comfortable drawing and creating enough things to start doing complete fantasy art drawings/paintings. Anyway, here's a quick made-up tree using a scribble technique I'm learning with pen and ink. |

Well sweeting, I think color loves you, don't afraid to be bold, it's a learning process. Really love this one, it's my favorite of yours, I only wish it were bigger.

Hey! Gerbear, you are the reason I was on here, came looking for you. You are missed at youdraw. I am also lured by the color and will be frequenting both sites I feel. I did check out your gallery yesterday when I found you but got busy playing with the colors and didn't post a comment. I also didn't know at the time that you could save unfinished so it really didn't take me so long to draw, I left it on the screen while I went to do some stuff. Good to see Tandrew as well.

Good to see you. I hope I have time for both. I want to start doing paintings real time, I have been too busy teaching to do my own work in ages, so this is excellent preparation for that. I have an offline program like this, but the feedback helps. Lets me know what ppl like. I know what I like, but am always surprised by others reactions *L* I will still try to see the galleries of my friends at YouDraw. I saw Prakash is leaving. That makes me sad. Do you know Sweetcell? She is from YouDraw too. Also tandrew and Gemmy. :)

Love the colors you used, wicked cool pic.If you need a backgroud maybe find a picture of an old building and sketch that in. This reminds me in a way of Oliver, probably more because of the costumes and that boy.... |

hey i like this, i guessed it was in the contest, but i think it could be better, like if the cloudy bit was more cloudy and give the middle bit more texture, and a few more blues tones in the patchs. just an idea
