From what I see here it seems that she's actually enjoying this state of mind she's in. Maybe it's self-induced? I like how the colors of the creature in the backgrounds are also used in her right eye which gives the impression of it coming out of her mind. I really prefer when pictures have descriptions on them though. |

It looks like the tree is a lone remnant of a wildfire and it's still glowing like an ember. This is a great little drawing.

Ok so apparently that gaseous flame doesn't emit light.In fact, it makes shadows. Or something?... By the way, in case you *didn't* notice, I freehanded the lines.

Samus Auran, Bounty Hunter.This was my first real atempt at a "line-art" type picture. But I ended up doing more shadows and less lines. I thought it turned out prety well.

I like it. It sort of asks the viewer who the hunter really is though since the metroids are behind Samus looking like they're about to sneak up on her. Nice that I can see a bit of a face through her visor.

I know I've seen an artist that has a very similar style but I can't think of who. Anyways from the title I'm getting the impression this is a close up of a wall plug but from the picture alone I'm seeing a very tall, thin building that's on fire and has smoke pouring out the top floor window. I'm also very tired and may be seeing things differently.

Princess Zelda. Holder of the Triforce of Wisdom. She never realy gets too much of a part in most of the Zelda games. But Windwaker and SSBM sorta made up for that.

I like the slightly older, teenage look she has. In a lot of the Zelda games they make her and Link out as being small children, which I feel takes away from its ability to suspend the belief of the audience and allow them to enter a fantasy world as they play since it's very unrealistic to have small children doing those things. So yeah, her somewhat more mature look is definately something I'm liking about this picture. |
