For those of you who missed out on the excitement over my spring break, here is a quick synopsis: Server got hacked, server got used to attack other servers, server was quickly shut down, server sat around all alone. Rather than restore the existing server (which required a new hard disk, full reinstall of the operating system and all that good stuff), I opted to get a newer, faster, better server and move everything to that. I once read in a book that the only three colors that have words for them in every language in the world are black, white, and red. Those are, on a primal level, the three most powerful colors. Only the more developed world langauges even have words for blue. Also, from what I've read, in ancient Egypt red represented desert, black was a color of life from the dark, fertile soil by the Nile, and white was death. I'm not 100% sure on that though since it was a long time ago that I read it, but since you have what looks like an ankh there then it may have some importance.

I'd volunteer to color, though I can't seem to find the pen to my tablet anywhere. Well my mouse should work well enough, not like I haven't made plenty of moused drawings in my life.

Took awhile since I've been watching cartoons while coloring. Thought it'd be nice if he were laying in a tree. This is probably the first time I've drawn with a mouse in at least a year and a half, but it wasn't so bad.

he said "when i said to leave me alone, i didnt mean forever." because in the comic i made him in, a girl he liked had died on a journey to find a doctor for her illness. They had a fight and he said for her to leave him alone. she died, and he regrets it. so thats where i got it from.

It was going to be a girl with green hair, because there should be more green-haired people in the world. Then it turned out that she looked like a tree... yea, not so great. So I gave the tree-girl an extreme makeover and she turned out like this.

Well they do look good, both the design and your ability to draw them. It just tends to add a little more depth to something if we can make a connection to some sort of meaning behind them.

a red tear falls apart from my eyes...a black sky trying to cry..my heart in the wrong way..my head is jumping for darkness.. i cant seem to get outta this shadow...comon give me ur hand and help me out..all i could think of trough this nite is Dj and hes pain..all of my pain is inside waiting to crawl outta my mouth...my heart i am gonna get it out and stip it because i cant have anymore feelings..I HATE MY LIFE

Good use of cold colors to express your emotion, but I'm not sure why there's a bright red thing in the corner shaped kind of like australia. it's a little distracting there.
