!!problem!! : If i try to revise this is just shows a blank canvas. So ill leave it as it is for now edit: well i finaly did sumthing with it. Lineart needs a lil more work, Then I color. c&c again ?
welll since i cant do any thing else to the dragon , sumthing got messed up while uploaded so yeah its all gone so i did this lil abstract piece hope u like. fire and ashes!!

Looks nicer at just 100% zoomed. To bad you didn't continue with the dragon; it was so detailed and awesome! Though, this is pretty spiffy too ^^!

the reason i didnt continue with it was because the aplet went crap on me and loaded a whtie canvas when i tried to revise it .. well any ways thanks , and yeah i forgot to fix the zoom part |

Hmm I would say she's from Hyrule..but she doesn't look quite like it..oh well. She's an elf..plain and simple =D

The thing I've never understood is that Hylians have always been drawn as elves, since the first game, but in a couple of the games they've been refered to as humans and I don't ever remember seeing the word elf come up. Weeeird~one thing that may help with costume design is to think of a job or a family for her to come from and make her clothes reflect that. Is she from a small town or a large city? Was her family bankers or cobblers? Things like that that we can see in the picture just from how the character is presented and what they're wearing tends to give characters more personallity and makes them more interesting.

For those of you who missed out on the excitement over my spring break, here is a quick synopsis: Server got hacked, server got used to attack other servers, server was quickly shut down, server sat around all alone. Rather than restore the existing server (which required a new hard disk, full reinstall of the operating system and all that good stuff), I opted to get a newer, faster, better server and move everything to that. he said "when i said to leave me alone, i didnt mean forever." because in the comic i made him in, a girl he liked had died on a journey to find a doctor for her illness. They had a fight and he said for her to leave him alone. she died, and he regrets it. so thats where i got it from.

Although the yellow has a slight tilt, I think it works well because it gives continuation to the diagonals in the image.

Good use of cold colors to express your emotion, but I'm not sure why there's a bright red thing in the corner shaped kind of like australia. it's a little distracting there.

I don't personally know what makes what I make different from what anyone else makes in art. In most cases I don't see what makes what anyone else makes unique either. Anyone with enough skill at reproduction could copy anything I make just by looking at it, and my own level of skill isn't really as high as I used to think, and there's people years younger than me just as skilled. Does anyone know what makes someone's art unique among the millions of other artists making billions of other artwor...
