Ugh, you make me SO jealous, of your imagination AND style AND skills. C:

If xiau and noremac get their own weeks, I want my own week. D:
Just joking, but it still would be pretty cool.
nekodesu (Jan 25, 2006)
So cute and pretty! X3
The soft light from the moon is really nice.

:O!
I would buy this if I'd see it in some gallery! I love this and I agree with Punky 145%:ly..
Shanghai (Jan 26, 2006)
actually it will be in a gallery pretty soon, along with a portfolio of my other work. I'm going to make a website for myself and then setup a computer station in the gallery for visitors to browse my site, this and a few other things I've made here will be there.

The Cat only grinned when it saw Alice. It looked good- natured, she thought: still it had VERY long claws and a great many teeth, so she felt that it ought to be treated with respect.

`Cheshire Puss,' she began, rather timidly, as she did not at all know whether it would like the name: however, it only grinned a little wider. `Come, it's pleased so far,' thought Alice, and she went on. `Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'

`That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.

`I don't much care where--' said Alice.

`Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.

`--so long as I get SOMEWHERE,' Alice added as an explanation.

`Oh, you're sure to do that,' said the Cat, `if you only walk long enough.'

Alice felt that this could not be denied, so she tried another question. `What sort of people live about here?'

`In THAT direction,' the Cat said, waving its right paw round, `lives a Hatter: and in THAT direction,' waving the other paw, `lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad.'

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.

`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'

`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.

`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

Alice didn't think that proved it at all; however, she went on `And how do you know that you're mad?'

`To begin with,' said the Cat, `a dog's not mad. You grant that?'

`I suppose so,' said Alice.

`Well, then,' the Cat went on, `you see, a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad.'

`I call it purring, not growling,' said Alice.

`Call it what you like,' said the Cat.

After seeing my puff balls die I was angry with the spiders and thought I could make a nightmarish spider-eating puff ball with lasers for eyes, life draining tenticles for legs, and a thirst for revenge, but then I remembered what happens to creatures that eat all their food source without a population control- they starve.I then noticed that the herds of bunnies were already surviving here, even if they were occasionally blown up or eaten by alligators, trees, callypso's creature, etc. I decided that a bunny who could defend itself from these dangers would be well equiped to survive and to do that they needed the intelligence to understand them. That's when the bunnies began training in the ways of war...

Awww...I wanna hug him XD But I'll get stabbed if I get close. Anyways, this is awesome. Your coloring is always pleasing to the eyes. And I hate time zones. They always somehow confuse me.

This is for 15grifficorntears. I wanted to make something much better than the first one of these fish I made, partly for her and partly so I'd feel like I was improving.

Shanghai (Sep 1, 2005)
Thanks, but I have enough things there already. Other people need a chance to be there too, without it just being a collection of anything and everything good. ;)

This is one of many ideas I've been trying to come up with lately to make a tree-based community that includes large, tall trees, a sense of fantasy, and still gives them enough horizontal space to walk around on and doesn't put them so high up that the force of wind blowing them off the tree would be a risk. Also the higher up on a tree you are the more the tree will sway in the wind, and I don't want them to get motion sickness everytime the wind blows.

This is just a seedling of a giant tree. At full size they can be used to support entire towns of tree dwelling peoples.

This octopus-like creature lives in dreams. It was created by dreams and once it had enough mass could begin molding and shaping the dreams around it.

The idea is that when we create something we draw upon all our past experience. It came out of my imagination and past experience, gained mass by the light produced by your screen, and affected you by adding to your lived experience, making it real enough to have influence. Just like parts of it are affected by my own experience, now parts of future works will be affected by this one.

Hmmm... i'm thinking
Dream Octopus (X)(X)(U)(U)
Creature - Cephalid
When Dream Octupus comes into play, remove (X) target non-land permanents from play.
Dream Octupus has power and toughness each equal to the number of permanets removed this way.

EDIT: What the... what happened to the message above mine?

My first advanced board posting. I first drew this on paper, and originally the third eye was going to be a jewel of some sort. Since the eyes and the jewel were going to have a similar glow I decided to make it a third eye. I hope it's acceptable.

I feel like it's done. I just did a few color adjustments. I had shown this to my advisor at school and he agreed that it was probably something that I've seen in the past, since it looked familiar to him too, and he thinks it may have had a strong enough impact on me that I'm now unconsciously channeling forgotten memories of it here.
no-angel (Apr 4, 2005)
I signed up just to comment on your work. :)
I love all the colors in the sky.
I also like the way the clouds look so soft and fluffy.
The soft glow from the stars is really pretty. :D
