I wanted to say that this has such a soft, peaceful, serene feeling to it. I don't think I'm familiar with the book or the movie, but it also reminds me of a children's book illustration.

i think if you got rid of the darker ring around the sparklies they would look more like sparklies and less like tumors. but other than that, this is coming along nicely <3 finish it!

It may keep the demons away, but it lures in the shinigami~I really like the smaery look to this. The sketchy lines are great too.
