is it just me or am i not fading the color into each other? dark to light too fast? any ideas/comments please share.

Proper? XD I was sure this'd get moved after I submitted it, because I got to thinking maybe they meant sprites like.. game sprites XD and this is hardly that...

Anyhoo.. you're quite right... does need more contrast.. I always have a lot of problem with that..

I usually see people shad with circles and it looks dumb, but these look like they're light around the rim and look cool. You should experiment with them some more. The redish brown, almost purple in that shirt looks real cool.

Yeah, I accidentaly changed the color and couldn't get it to match again. And, heh, I see the earthworm now. :)
