this is sprite, an NPC in my new DnD quest, a halfling raised by elves and taught in the way of the elvish blade. though recently his homeland has been threatened by an undead scourge. sprite sets out to find a way to stop the undead, and return beuty to his homeland

its called a gaze of the undeath, which only has a 5% chance of actually stunning its victims. other than that its pretty useless
edit: oh right only vampires have it, unless your count a necromances self enchantment natural
