It is very good for a first pic. Don't use fill it will give you headaches coloring in the lines it leaves behind. Use layers. Think of layers as tracing paper. You sketch on one piece of layer (paper) then ink that, erase the sketch lines then use another layer to color in, this way you get nice clean coloring and keep the integrity of the draw. Experiment and don't be afraid to ask for advise now and then. Welcome, softdrinks are in aisle 5.

Another analogy: An onion can look good on the inside, but if you look deeper and peel the layers away some can hide rotten cores. Some heavy theological thinking goin on here.

Eh....I was just testing some things..trying out the layers a little here and there.>.>;; I originally drew this for 101_Torchic_101....but I have a feeling it'll get deleted.If not..I hope she likes it.

Oh..and btw,do you guys think I'm getting any better? @.@ Because I can feel the burn.

Bwaha. I'm such a sucker for long, flowing hair. Nice "whoosh" factor. XD Although, there is something...off with the shape of her body. I can't point it out though. Sorry. >_<
