As I skim through all the drawing boards, I'm come to realize that some people here are just not improving in their art skill. Some just continue to draw the same thing or style over and over and will not explore or better their current style. It's kind of...sad. I must admit though; the people on the beginner board are actually improving, and I applaud them. But those who are on the intermediate especially and even the advanced, I see no kind of improvement. It's silly. Expand! Explore! and...

hm, i don't get it...how do youall get that smooth lineart? (like hakkai)-edit- this was after a photo of david bowie, but i mostly used it for the light

that's not the way hakkai does it, though. not on paintbbs.basically you set flow (on lascaux) to 20-40% and use a 1x1 brush and draw over the edges to get the smooth edges. takes practice to get it very clean. lunchbreak
ohh, noo...i forgot to finish the shading of the hands... should i add a final edit? (hm, i know, too much is too much)
i swear, now i'm done!

you're getting a little obsessive. out of all your thirteen drawings so far, only two don't pertain to Inuyasha. your comment posts are similar too; you mostly comment on pieces pretaining to the series, with the exception of that rabbit and remusirius's picture of that "sexy man".try a little variety. Ugh...I really messed up on that stupid toukijin-sword thingy, and I could of done more with the background. But it's finished.

Hetep, meaning "offering" or, as a verb, "to be content": symbol is a conical loaf of bread on a reed mat.his back looks sort of like he's suffering from scoliosis. or maybe that's just the arm bent funny. He's supposed to be leaning against the frame,that's why his back is bent like that. ^^;;;
Fix some of the line art up tomorrow and color it.
