Ok couple questions-first-I know this has been asked before and many times before that-but has anyone figured out how to get rid of the little white horizontal lines that appear on your picture in Oekaki Shi-Painter when you scroll up and down? Or is my computer just messed up? Second, does anyone have any tips on hair? For example, realistic hair like Gig's Legolas or the cool shiny effect in all of ToraNeko's pics? Any response to this is greatly appriciated-thanks you guys
