yes, it does look really good even without a reference. I like the teeth too and the dark blueness of the eyes. Good job. This looks like those 'silent' monsters from Buffy this looks less scary.

The teeth are wonderful...haha I have an obsession with teeth in my sculptural work. Has a real atmosphere to it...with the breath coming out into the darkness.

It's very nice. <333 The one thing that's bugging me are her eyes. The one of our left is a bit too far over, giving her a "cockeyed" expression. Other than that, very cool! I really like the tree. Pink flowers! >X3

!@#$% If i had known about the Tolerance tool, it would take 1hr less! Selection tool, 2hrs less!T__T Why did I not think of reading the instructions for using Lascaux! *stupid stupid stupid!*

Bah, instructions are for people without hours and hours of free time on their hands.. I draw to alleviate boredom, and it's easier to do that if I can't figure out the darned thing ;)

Ahaha! But if you just read the instructions once, you won't need to spend hours and hours trying to get the affect you want on all your drawings! Which is why I actually spent 5hrs on this when I could have spent only 2hrs. T__T |

I am a recent register and i would like to know how would i make 3-d objects. If i were to make something as simple as a pizza crust. How would i make the pizza crust look like its 3-d? And how would i shine light off of an object? What tools would i need to use in order to make stuff look 3-d and shine light off of objects?

i just use a mid tone colour , choose where teh light source is and do lighter separate streaks there, and the same with teh shadows, then i use dodge and burn to emphizise the tones a bit more. ^^ hair ish fun to draw! |
