Sorry for teh' crappy coloring, I'm simply illustrating a well known fact: Squirls have super glowey powers wich anables them to fly and prevent evil turtles from taking over the can of cream corn wich cures cancer.

Look at the beautiful tear on this scrap of paper! Incidentally, did you know "tear" (to tear paper) is spelled the same as "tear" (a drop of salty fluid that comes from the eye).

Zach your missing the point of the peice, look at that beautiful tear! OMG, it's so beautiful!
TaCO (Jan 17, 2006)
It's just fun to blur things. I blur all my pics and then click undo. It's just plan fun.
Great tear!!!!!!!
SneakyWalter (Jan 18, 2006)
Or you could spell "Zack" the way he has it. but that's just me. I guess it's interchangable. Nice tear, by the way.
SYTHE (Jan 22, 2006)
Sorry Zack, I'm a horrible speller and sometimes I interchange letters.

oh dear god the intermediate is harder than I thought, and where's the airbrush tool, or the color pallette or... griping sorry, this is going to be quite a learning experience. it will be good, or a complete disaster. oh, ignore the blue lipe, that came from the background, I'm not sure to keep it or not....

This is a bit of a surprise. My dad finally ditched the dial up and got DSL, so I can load the appeletes without having to wait thirty minutes until I can start drawing. He also spilled coffee on his keyboard and mouse and they stopped workingso he bought a new wireless set. =O No more corded mouse!
For my early return I decided on a nice summer scene. This is inspired by a picture that's hanging behinfd me in the computer room.

Hey people!
My little brother wanted to draw something, and so he did. =) He is 8 years old and he loves The Lord of the Rings. This is an ork from it. =) He did the line art and coloured it a little, but he told me to finish it then. So, I coloured the skin almost by myself, but he helped me at it. He told me the colours.. and yeah. The beard and hairy arms and legs are my ideas..
I'm sure that my lil brother will be a good artist in the future =) So good luck for him!
I hope you understand that this isn't a joke and he tried to draw a good one. We wish you won't delete this. So, thank you and bye =)
Oh, it's 13+ because of the blood.

Let's go to Luckenbach, Texas
with Waylon and Willie and the boys....

Between Hank Williams pain songs,
Newberry's train songs
and blue eyes cryin' in the rain
out in Luckenbach Texas
ain't nobody feelin' no pain

(been there, many times..... one of my favorite Texas highways near there is on what's called the "Devil's Backbone"
...and if you haven't been there, "you ain't missin' much"... 'cause... this is IT.
well, besides the dance hall, that is.)

I've never been stung. :)
laurael (Jan 1, 2006)
Hope you never 'get' stung, either. It hurts. :( I got stung when I was, like, five...right on the top lip...sent me right into a phobia of bees...*shudder*
DeadlyBlondeArcher (edited Jan 1, 2006)
I do, I love bees. I had one in my hair just the other day and he was all tangled up and I gently pulled him out and took him outside and he didn't even sting me. Honey is good stuff. :)
(bee stings are fun compared to scorpions and those huge red and black wasp looking things that paralyze tarantulas and drag them around. one of those stung me one time and it felt like somebody stuck a hot nail through my foot)
IkariIreuL (Jan 18, 2006)
lol He looks so feminine and fucked up.

I've asked my sister for a character she would like me to draw, and there it is, this is Laureen, a character of mine. Nothing more to say, I love her white hair.

I've tried to delete it, but I couldn't so, until I find out the way to delete this it'll be like that.
fleeting_memory (Jan 17, 2006)
I thought it looked very nice and I enjoyed looking at it_I am sad that you took it away :(
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jan 17, 2006)
I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, it's just that a very important part of art is to know the subject you are painting. It's a very minor thing, and probably only I would have noticed it... the arrow would just be on a "rest" part of the bow, and her hand would be slightly lower, that's all. It's still a very nice picture, regardless.
marcello (Jan 18, 2006)
Hrm, but do all (namely, medieval) bows have the rest part? In any case, I do believe the arrow would be on the other side of the bow. I'm not sure why, but for some reason that just makes more sense to me.
edit: Maybe not, but you're right about the hand being lower, and that arrowhead is way too big.
