Went through a couple of ideas. Then I thought "oh hay, practice a portraits since you are going to be drawing Lori later". So I did this as a quick practice. The overall angle of the face is off. I am still training myself to draw what I am looking at rather, adding or making features up.Ref is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v407/marcusa/9e9c8362-e167-11db-a010-7bae0c6e557.jpg I dont plan on making any revisions to this. BUT Any critiques, or mistakes you notice and want to comment on, are very welcome. Helps my brain thingy learn.

Found this great picture on Cindy's Yahoo photo page (is that you Cindy?) and wanted to try it.I was just looking at that water and those two waves and kept seeing straight hard lines and shoddy blending and had to fix it before it drove me mad. Glad I still had some space left, I hope this looks better now.

WOW! Im suprised I never saw this on here till now.. You did a superb job on this. Waves are so hard to pull off and look real, and you did spectacularly. I think the thing I like best about it, is the non-burning yellow light typicly on a beach picture. This has the feel of a layer of fog or overcast. * runs from the sun for feer of another 3rd degree burn day.. shuttter* And I always prefer the beach when its like this, and not blearing sun murdering your skin. ;)
