More commonly known in other places as the nine-banded armadillo. They can't see very well or hear very well, but they have really long sharp claws and have been known to eat lawyers. The armadillo may very well be the best loved animal in Austin... in all of Texas, for that matter.Family: Dasypodidae/Order: Edentata Close Relatives: Sloth, anteater, politician Predators: Bobcats, Coyotes, Wolves, trucks, pissed off women with shotguns in the garden at night oh yeah, my reference is the little f@#$*^ that's been digging holes in my yard

Hi. I am new here. Thus this is my first experiment with lascaux. It is also the first time i've used a reference of a human. Not exactly photo realistic, but I really only was experimenting. Is the only way to smudge a picture to use the blend feature on a paint brush? That'll take some getting used to!

Very pretty skin tones. The only thing I see that I might change would be to add more definition to the teeth. I'm not sure what you mean by "smudge", but if you continue to experiment with the Lascaux I think you'll find it's capable of doing pretty much anything you want it to... it seems to me to assimilate actual painting better than other applets. The blend tool usually works best on a low opacity, and you can also try a low flow to the paint, that might help as well. Welcome to 2draw... look forward to seeing more drawings from you. |
