Iam about to have a month off of school so I will have plenty time to improve my skills in art. I would like for some real Criticism on my over all style and skill. And I would like you to tell me what you think I can do to improve my style or skill. Nice drawing! My gradfather was a navigator in a B-17. Flew over 60 missions, and only missed 1 because he came down with the flu. His commanding officer didn't want him on the plane, told him to stay on the ground. So he stayed on the ground and watched his buddies take off with the rest of the squadron. His plane never returned. The entire flight crew was MIA. Strangely, his plane was the only plane that didn't make it back. Kinda freaky, eh?

Sure is! Wow.. you hear stuff like that.. and its amazing. Wife's dad was bombardier in B24s.. he was on the Roumanian oil refinery raids ( I have a pic of that too in here)..

Dearest Mother,

Words cannot describe what I have seen these last couple of weeks. I wish nothing more than to return home and escape from this horrible place. I pray every night, alone in my foxhole, hoping that by some miracle the war will end tomorrow. But they keep pushing us forward, forever forward. Our CO reassures us that we'll be home for Christmas. I want to believe him, but I just can't. Berlin is still so very far away, I don't know if I can live through another day, let alone a couple of months. Your letters and the thought of returning home are the only things keeping me going. God, I miss you so much.

seeing all these fairies made me think that the world of fairies can't be all cute and nice, they must have their own myths and legends. My lot I guess, so this is a wight fairie. these were sprite spirits or brownies that were not given the oppportunity to live the life as a fairie, so in turn lives as an undead, or wraith fairie, living off the flesh, blood & souls of fairies,as a revenge to their own misery. sorry, Couldn't help myself. Find it a little interesting at the same time.
