Just wondering about the ratings of newcomer, apprentice, artist, master, etc.... I cant find a place here that tells how many points you have to have to ascend to the next level of awareness, so to speak ;) If anyone can quench my curiosity, I'd be really happy... As in reeeeeeeeeally happy.... XD

Geez, did you branch this guy out of Spark Mandrill from Megaman X???The gold shoulder plates and the hunch reminded me of him^^;.Even if that's the case, nice job with all the details.I wouldn't even know where to start drawing a robot^^;.I gotta say I like the smoke coming off his blown off left arm too.

Thanks everyone! Nah Gig, the similarity hadn't even occured to me. That happens though... I just kind of mix and match different forms in my head until I have a concept that I think will look cool, and a lot of times I haven't mixed stuff up as much as I think I have, kind of like how Robot No. 2 ended up looking like Samus. Of course, you draw a certain kind of thing enough times and you'll have coincidences like that. I'll have to try breaking out of my usual design concepts for the next robot. |

Whew, I'm glad it let you draw zep! As always, this is a great picture. It's not blood ,nor ketchup. He was in the front row at a Gallagher show, and they just did the "smash the watermelon with a mallet" part.

I remember when, I was told a story of crushed velvet, candle wax and dried up flowers. The figure on the bed all dressed up in roses, calling. Beckoning to sleep, offering a dream. The words were as mystical as purring animals, The circle of rage, the ghosts on the stage appeared. The time was so tangible, I'll never let it go. Ok...zep is having trouble with access to 2draw because he is on a mac and a powerbook. Does anyone else use a mac? Any of you tekkie types who can tell him what to do? It would be a shame for someone of his talent and originality to by stymied by the technical side of things...

Rocks under water.I spent alot of time experimenting with the water in this one...playing around with it... so the actual production time for what you see is less than duration shown on the clock. This is the first picture for me to post since back from vacation, and while I was gone to the beach I had such a strong urge to draw that I drove into town and bought a sketch pad and pencils (I forgot my pastels) and sketched the buildings, ships, jetties, and all that I could see from the deck of the beach house. I had kind of forgotten how much fun it was just to really draw on paper.

This is my sweet puppy... who's actually over 120 pounds and just over a year old (and still growing!). She's half black lab and half french bull mastiff. She's incredibly sweet, and she had herself a big dog emergency the other day. :( She broke a tendon in her knee, and now the poor puppy is on meds and can't play. So sad.
