and thank you very much, who ever moved my pic so i could finish. :D and why is it that v.1 (the preliminary outline) of this pic looks alot better than the finished version? X_X;;;;

I think *points at Hakkai* that person moved it.And the reason it doesn't turn out the same may have to do with the fact of the colors....I dunno. Awesome pic tho. |

You can shift layers in shi-painter...it's somewhat complicated, and I forget if it's possible in classic mode.

I think it's somewhat possible, by using the Copy Tool... But you have to erase background noise, make the background transparent (Remask+Eraser) and sometimes, you need to have space to 'swap' the layers... But I am not sure if it always works.This looks like it would turn out nice, too.

Ohh, my cousin had a Betta, she did. It was this pretty blue/purple color blend.This one is cute, too. ^_^ Do Bettas really come in many colors at once?
