Uh yah I'm sort of following this tutorial I found, though I've somewhat given up on reading what the tutorial says other than color references, heh. Mmm it's on it's way, my first draw here and uh I haven't worked with color in a while but I have to say I love working with it again :D

You should apply some of what you put into the clouds into the horse.What I mean is, the clouds have some depth to them from the shading you've done. It would be nice to see some of that in the horse as well...the horse appears flat in contrast to the clouds and the two elements of your drawing don't go together at all

this is cool, i like it. just remember to put the whites of the eye in, and darken the nostril so it looks a bit 3-D. but this is good, the shoulder looks great! ^_^
