I'm thinkin,"sci-fi illustrating,"cause this is good, but not fairy-land;aliens!uh..."Close encounters of 3rd kind"type.Really hot, tsk.I like it. (there are no rules in landscapes?I can put the sky underneath, and the lawn up near the stars?in Oregon,we have one type of landscape, called RAIN. )

natural environment, eh? You mean in a gameboy?
DinoFlorist (Mar 14, 2004)
This is very well done. Although drawing the pokemon themselves isn't super hard, the way yuo composed it as well as the shadows, grass, sky, all make it look really nice

sorry,,I'm an Isketcher... How do you get your texture to look that way? I love the appearance..but I have tried to do that and I cant.. any chance of divulging your secret?
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 13, 2004)
Hey Dino! That's my word. Only you got it backwards! It's bassackwards! lol. I have been trying to figure that out too, davin, cool, isn't it? Dino is the most original person I know.
DinoFlorist (Mar 13, 2004)
oh no! you're right! Do you remember him? I remember you were saying you should put him down and others were saying 'send him back to hell.' I laughed so hard I cried the whole time I was drawing it.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 14, 2004)
Yes, I remember... :) :) It was hilarious.... I was on the list to beta test the new one and I didn't do it... have like 20 emails from them lol.

I'm just keeping this because it's my very first 2Draw work ever, and I like the chunkiness.

thats actually a very good picture despite its simplicity. It's very expressive and it uses the canvas well.
davincipoppalag (Mar 12, 2004)
this is a first picture??? You better do some more then...this is great for a first pic! (Its better than some who do it all the time...)
__your_face__ (May 4, 2004)
The sad part is, she drew this in about 5 minutes while Kyle (in back) was doing her hair and putting make-up on her while I sat there laughing... very good, Sonders.
TheMage (Sep 6, 2004)
That actually looks like you, seriously. I hate you, you have talent.

Hey, does he work in Yoakum? El Campo? Kinda looks like a lobster. I love how your stuff has this 3-d look and so much depth, without even a bg, i always wonder how you do it.
davincipoppalag (Mar 11, 2004)
one of these times..you have to tell how you make these figures look like this.. I love that This is apparently Ferndinand the Fence cutter? lol love these
DinoFlorist (Mar 12, 2004)
Well this is actually the bootcutter from the picture you saw earlier. I had to make an advertisment for class so I drew the pictures on here. As far as making them, I put colors on the paper and then I use real small brush size and just draw like I would normal but wit the blend on.
davincipoppalag (Mar 12, 2004)
...I will try it..but I bet it doesnt look like yours! lol

i would love some suggestions on it so far...the piano looks tilted. how can i fix that? and *roughly* does the person look ok? unfortunately i don't have my reference handy. hehe. so this is all from memory.

I hope you like it, I did my best.
I liked your idea of aborder, but it took away from the image by going over the girl, so I made it go 'under', hope that's alright ^^;
lilypad (Mar 13, 2004)

In May of 1991 Nolan Ryan pitched his 7th no-hitter. I miss Nolan - used to go to alot of his home games when he pitched. It's baseball season!

Of course it's obvious thug, and I always think you're funny. Umm, "Yeah, thug, man you're dense! Isn't it obvious I'm from New York?" lol Okay, I love my state. Can't help it.
marcello (Mar 10, 2004)
meh...texas. =P
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 10, 2004)
Gotta have it in your blood to understand.
Harmanye (Mar 10, 2004)
Texas *shudder*
It's like being in a permanent heat wave, no I like it here in Illinois. Snow is good.
But Texas has made me entertaining. Yes, kids at camp are greatly amused by my Illinois/British/Texan 'accent'.

But About the picture. 'Tis lovely as always, wonderful shading, and the folding is amazing *yes*
