Pink ^_^ Yay, not enough well done pink coloured pictures around here. Cute, real cute ^_^

Pose seems real familiar, deja vu or soemthing, strange.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 12, 2004)
There is no such thing as too much pink!!

When I was a little girl I was in love with Speed Racer. Then I was crushed to find out I couldn't be in love with a cartoon. This is so cute! I don't know how to do the tiny ones. You did a great job.
foxman8245 (Mar 15, 2004)
Mine was actually Herbie the Love Bug!! And Speed Buggy.... and ...of course the all-time favorite of everyone....... Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang!!!

How about setting up some kind of "users manual" for the applets. I realize a brief description of each tool appears when you hold the cursor over the tool, but not all of us grew up with these infernal machines. To some of us, a CD is still a bank product, and telephones still have wires attached and it would be helpful.. The descriptions that appear really don't go far to explain what the tool is actually for, ie: what effects you can achieve by using it, or how to use it effectively. I th...

like..faye and warren? or the real ones?
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 12, 2004)
Well, the real ones are kinda ugly... but it doesn't matter... as long as you do it black and white (or green and white, or sepia) and they have the car and the guns! :) I thought about doing them.. but I'd need a reference pic because I can't remember what they look like (the real ones or the actors) Anyway, yours would probably turn out better than mine would.... these movie headshot things you did were great!
ambermac (edited Mar 18, 2004)
great! nice smooth airbrushing.
LovelyLori (Mar 18, 2004)
I love all of these too... I think you should do Lucille Ball... or the Wizard of Oz characters... hehe

Thanks you two. I was going to do that DBA, but reached the limit quite fast with this one. Wish they would up that a bit for this board, as it really doesn't have enough when you use layers.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 11, 2004)
Yes, I know. 800kb (or even 6 or 7) for this board and 1mb for the advanced board would be perfect. Everyone would be ecstatic.
davincipoppalag (Mar 11, 2004)
great idea..great draw laureal... I agree.more contrast between the sky and the birds... also.. I would like to see more random sizes and colors of the twigs in the nest.. I love what you have, but it looks a bit unnatural being all of smooth uniform sizes of the same color..(almost like they have a nest supplies departement at Home Depot lol) ..I am sure one of the mods will move this up to a bigger space board for you..its a great pic and deserves to be finished!
laurael (edited Mar 13, 2004)
"Ha ha davinci...you are 'so' funny..."(O.M.) That's what I was going for(sarcasm) Wow...home depot sales are great, aren't they?

Hey, does he work in Yoakum? El Campo? Kinda looks like a lobster. I love how your stuff has this 3-d look and so much depth, without even a bg, i always wonder how you do it.
davincipoppalag (Mar 11, 2004)
one of these times..you have to tell how you make these figures look like this.. I love that This is apparently Ferndinand the Fence cutter? lol love these
DinoFlorist (Mar 12, 2004)
Well this is actually the bootcutter from the picture you saw earlier. I had to make an advertisment for class so I drew the pictures on here. As far as making them, I put colors on the paper and then I use real small brush size and just draw like I would normal but wit the blend on.
davincipoppalag (Mar 12, 2004)
...I will try it..but I bet it doesnt look like yours! lol

it's a cute pic. Looks more like a J-rocker. Cute nonetheless. She's pretty irl, but my older brother begs to differ. He says she looks like Turnip from Mario Bros. lol.

DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 9, 2004)
This is adorable... you did a good job on the eyes (they really look like glass) and I like the way it looks soft and fuzzy.
Kasha (Mar 9, 2004)
you're a texturist. If that's not an actual word, it should be, with your picture next to it.

good one thug! great shadows and light..I like the textures you did on the scarf, coat and hat too... and the expression is priceless!
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 11, 2004)
He's so cute! That scarf looks so real... I just want to reach out and snuggle it up around his neck! He has a bit of a Norman Rockwell feeling to him... love this.
PinkuEspeon (Mar 14, 2004)
O.O He looks evil! O.O;; Well... anyways, it's still an admirable piece! Two thumbs up! ^_^
