I lost this with an aol crash...redid it..overstepped the space limits..got more..(lost points)..and now it wont load..and there is no way the shells will ever get done within the allotted area..so..now its just a study of deck boards where shells were supposed to be... callin it finished...

Aww sorry to hear you had so much trouble with it. Sounds like a chapter out of my life. Nutin but trouble :). Nice boards, though. I am trying to say "Iseeseashells down by the shadedcedarscenery" 10 times real fast lol.

ok, dba, you're right, she prolly isn't a real cowgal. prolly more likely a pampered princess. i prefer my women sans calluses anyway. Harlie, as far as making the head bigger, not too sure at this point. i might have to just redraw the head all together if the concensus is that it's too small. and if she is sitting in a bar, she sure knows how to dress for the occasion. davinci, i checked out your gallery. i really like your boats alot. and dixie, thanks for the encouragement. you might remember me from inklink. i'm ~JJ~ (used to be I_like2do_drawrings). good to see ya here.

Em.....follow the yellow brick road?No really, the reason I do linework well with mouse is because of practice...and I've also had LOADS of practice with a pencil. Personally I like the tablet but I think I still work just as well with a mouse because I've trained my hand to work steadily with it. Any one just starting with either is going to have problems....>.>....um any who....yeah. ^^;

I don't know how many ppl know this or already do it, but a friend shared it with me so I thought I'd share it with yall. I have a Wacom and don't know if it works with other types of tablets, but if you put about 3 pcs of typing paper over your tablet, it gets rid of that slippery feel when you draw, and it becomes more like using real tools, and you have more control. It doesn't affect the pressure sensitivity or anything. It takes a few minutes to get used to it, but I like it better that way...
