Caddris (Nov 2, 2005)
Happy NaNoWriMo, everyone. November is National Novel Writing Month. 30 days, 50,000 words, countless cups of coffe, and one hell of a project.
This is detecive John Mackers, the main charcter of my novel. The book opens with him being shot. He's in ICU in a coma for the remainder of the story as his partner, Brian Randels, tries to peice together how and why Mackers was shot. Keeping Mackers the main character while in a coma is going to be quite intersting. . .
I'd explain more but that would be a lot to type and I'm needlessly long winded to begin with.

God, this is old and sucky.

Isn't it nice to know that some one out there is having a worse day than you? =D
davincipoppalag (Oct 1, 2008)

it looked way better before I screwed around with dodge and burn and then it was too late to go back, I hate that... anyway, I guess you never know what I'm gonna come out with

Very funny pic and I love the title.
Caddris (Oct 1, 2008)
I've never gotten the hang of dodge and burn myself. Still, it looks great.
lori (edited Oct 1, 2008)
dodge and burn is fun, you should explore it some more... on low opacity and flow with blend on(and using different colors), it's alot better that way... this pic came out like crap though, but I still like the idea behind it, thanks you guys

Leave your worries on a doorstep.
Life can be so sweet
On the sunny side of the street

Cant you hear the pitter-pat
And that happy tune is your step
Life can be complete
On the sunny side of the street

I used to walk in the shade with my blues on parade
But Im not afraid...this rover's crossed over

If I never had a cent
Id be rich as rockefeller
Gold dust at my feet
On the sunny side of the street

I'm sorry you're going through that. So what are you going to do for transportation now? :(
davincipoppalag (Sep 30, 2008)
Yea, it's easy to dump on those who can't fight back. All the money goes to failed wall street executives. They got a yacht payment due, after all
twit (Sep 30, 2008)
wow, america has really gone down, sorry about the transportation =|

It's stupid decisions like that that make me want to find whoever's in charge and break some knee caps. What the hell were they thinking?

Yep. It's Mercury.
I'm not sure how far to take this. Any suggestions for a background?

Cannot wait to see it finished, because it looks so great. Very nice face, pose and anatomy. <:)

Finished because I'm sick of this picture sitting in my unfinished pile. . . . Not greatly improved because the line art is on the first layer. I hate when I do that. I'll try this picture again now that I have some room.
davincipoppalag (Sep 29, 2008)
I think it's good work . Ill be interested in the new rendition
