Well, the shoulder looks as it should.
For a background, maybe adding a row of columns, or something to exemplify this character�s culture.

Finished because I'm sick of this picture sitting in my unfinished pile. . . . Not greatly improved because the line art is on the first layer. I hate when I do that. I'll try this picture again now that I have some room.
