Do the Twist
DeadlyBlondeArcher
(May 4, 2004)
Come on baby, let's do the twist (er) (Tornado in a circa 1950's neighborhood :)
Soshell (May 9, 2004)
hey i was doing the twist last night at my mom and stepdad's reception last night :D..but seriously cool picture :) i like those cars it looks like the pic is set in the fifties (they did the twist back then right?)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 9, 2004)
Well, yeah, actually this is kind of early sixties I guess. They were twisting then and twisting again in the 60's. I was born in the mid 60's so alot of these cars were still driving around when I was little and I have always loved them. :)
thug (May 12, 2004)
this is my favorite of your most recent art. That looks just like the neighborhood I lived in until I turned 3. We go back there sometimes and it still looks like this, only without the classic cars. Never got a tornado but my dad burned up the back yard accidently once. Ahhh, reminiscing about the good old days... I can still feel the ashes burning my eyes.

...err... >.<'' this is that naughty doggeh of mine chewing up the USB cord to my tablet!! BAD DOG!! *sighs* This was Davinci's idea...(This was drewn with a mouse... bleh... I'll try to have the tablet's USB cord fixed as soon as possible... :'( *sighs*) ...the black is for how I felt when that damn dog got the USB cord to my tablet... and, the hearts are for how the dog felt chewing on it... *sighs* I've gotta train this dog...
Axil62 (May 5, 2004)
Version one is better than two because you've lost the subject in the background by having it so predominantly dark.
Knockoff (May 5, 2004)
Haha, this is great. You are improving. I like the pose and the wire. Sorry that happened X(. Here are a few more pointers. I think you need to smoothen the shading out a bit, looks a bit weird I think the back legs, the top of them are a tad to big. Anyways, I still like it ;)
KiwiKitsune (May 5, 2004)
...hah hah. Thanks. You're right... as usual... yah. It does look pretty doofy... heh... oh, well... x.x |

I just thought I'd better go ahead and make an "Angry Farmer" logo just in case there are a group of angry farmers out there with no logo. Or in case a band comes along called the Angry Farmers, they can use it unless they already have a logo and "T" shirts and they don't need my logo because they all think they're so damn cool and don't even let me try out for the crappy band that I didn't even want to try out for any way because they're a bunch of assholes that think all I'm good for is going to the store for more cigarettes and drinks!! SO yeah, you know, just in case that ever happens.
Xodiak (May 4, 2004)
Maybe he tried to grow grain but accidentally grew barbwire. <:)|XOD|
KiwiKitsune (May 4, 2004)
*laughs at Xod* That's funneh! xD But... I think that he's mad because he has flat tires... o.O;; Anyways... I must say this again... this picture's so creative!! ^_^;;
thug (May 5, 2004)
I like it that the farmer is red, which symbolizes anger, and the tractor is yellow on a green background which is good because if it was green like a john deere it would blend in to the bg and you wouldn't be able to see it and then the angry man could be any angry man, not necessarily a farmer who is angry. Since it is a simple shaped drawing it is suitable to be called a logo. Good job Axil!

Not child porn, just photo-child. I wonder (very good, incidentally .) if anyone has any "home movies "they have ever done art from? is that possible? anyone? Wow, this is so good.
elly (Dec 16, 2017)
When I discovered 2d way back when (early 2000's), this is one of the first drawings I saw here that TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND @___@ I could not wrap the idea of this being an actual 'drawing' around my head. I was just SURE it was a photo!!! I have to say that since then, I believe I have photorealism wrapped around my head just fine now :) Thank you, Xodiak, for the amazing inspiration!!
davincipoppalag (Dec 16, 2017)
xod was very talented..,though the site link for this was a bit questionable as I recall |

Thats a good idea Biopsy, I colored on a pig once, with makeup pencils, in Biology class. We dissected it, then I gave it a makeover. HAH! Hurry up and finish this one, Icats. I'm hungry for porkers.
Lottie (Apr 19, 2004)
*pukes* poor little piggy T.T nice pic but...the poor piggie :(
Pandora (Apr 20, 2004)
I see what happens when the pigs go to the market.. I was surprised to find pigs hanging here. lol What made you think of this idea, hungry for pork?j/k actually it's very real looking and the skin of the pig looks so tight. Freaks me, but I will still remain a pig lover.:) You're so versatile ICATS. |
