Gigandas (May 6, 2004)
Hehe, those colors you used for the clouds/tornado looks awesome. The details on the houses are amazing :).Personally, I think you did a great job on the overall perspective.I'm glad there aren't any tornados down here in the LA area^^;....

This is one of your best mizz Cindy. Very sharp! (heehee)) I do see a 1961 Ford (the white one) perpendicular to the Edsel Terrific one! The Old Fart Likes it!
LovelyLori (May 6, 2004)

I logged in just to comment on this. Really good, I'm impressed with your perspective.

Another tornado? You blow me away with your awsomeness! (hee hee, pun, hee hee, yeah...)
gloworm043 (May 6, 2004)
Well DBA...you did it again! I'm sitting here just staring at the awesome detail of your work...this is really something. You are soooo good! :)
Aubrey (May 6, 2004)
It really feels like you're sitting in a car passing by watching the tornado coming. The colors make it looks almost like a photo yet it still has your own unique style. What can I say girlie...
Supergurl103 (May 6, 2004)
wow, nice dba... lucky i live in a state where it doesn't have a tornado, very nice, dba, u did it again :)
Lois_Lion (May 6, 2004)
This looks great.Such an amazing perspective
Kloxboy (May 7, 2004)
It's set in the 60's (?), very cool houses too, can't beat a nice ranch style house. It makes me happy, I think it's the colors and your style.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 7, 2004)
Yeah, very early sixties (Two fiftyish and one sixty car in there)... so funny you say that Clox because drawing it made me feel happy and it still makes me feel happy to look at it... I have no idea why. Thank ya'll so much for all the nice comments, I was beating myself up the whole time I did it worrying about the perspective and I'm happy I got it okay. :)
dixielandcutie (May 7, 2004)
ohh so nice dba! i love it!
Soshell (May 9, 2004)
hey i was doing the twist last night at my mom and stepdad's reception last night :D..but seriously cool picture :) i like those cars it looks like the pic is set in the fifties (they did the twist back then right?)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 9, 2004)
Well, yeah, actually this is kind of early sixties I guess. They were twisting then and twisting again in the 60's. I was born in the mid 60's so alot of these cars were still driving around when I was little and I have always loved them. :)

this is my favorite of your most recent art. That looks just like the neighborhood I lived in until I turned 3. We go back there sometimes and it still looks like this, only without the classic cars. Never got a tornado but my dad burned up the back yard accidently once. Ahhh, reminiscing about the good old days... I can still feel the ashes burning my eyes.
