good start but that hand to the viewers right is throwing me off. The thumb looks a lot like just another finger-maybe if you made the base of the thumb wider it would look more like a thumb-just a suggestion. I love your clean line art and this looks like its gunna be good.

Those eyes REALLY need to be moved, one is farther off to one side then the other, like his head is at an angle, but everything else on his head suggest he's looking forward.

when drawing dragons wings I've found that photos of bat wings are good sources. It's important to actually look at the photo and examine it though, because it's not until then that a lot of people suddenly realize what one actually looks like rather than just what they thought one looked like. I hadn't realized until I did that they're basically an arm with four long fingers plus a small thumb (that's what the hook part really is) and skin between, complete with an elbow and everything. Try that and see how it works for you.

Well, at first he was going to be a girl, but he looked fat and ugly with boobs.
I wanted to get some opinions before I chose boy or girl.

No refrence, It is Vash I wanted the eyes to stand out alot & yes I know ithe pic probly got funkitated by compresion because of the red.
edit: ....didn't get funkitated as bad as I thought it would "yay"
