An alien species known as the Sliverzialtinikopottles. They come in peace :) (even his alien tattoo suggests they do). |

"how is it you are humanoid like us?""hah! I am nothing so distressingly limited, what you see is an image that your flimsy three dimentional mind can handle." meh im over it lol
Gigandas (May 9, 2006)
lol, I love the captions for the pic :).That's a pretty interesting idea of an alien though. We can only handle the '3D' form and not how they truly may appear to be in like '4D' or somethin ;). |

It is a figure but if you look at the thumbnail, it looks like a face. I guess I should have elaborated.
davincipoppalag (May 7, 2006)
I see a figure bent over forward, and I see a face, too.. really interesting one
LisaAnne (edited May 8, 2006)
Such a neat effect you having going on with this. The bent over humanoid is either pained or very interested in the ants that crawl on the ground and the world around him, but also fearful it seems. Then all of a sudden this aged face appears, and you must question what does life do to you, what does it teach you? What did this man see?Pain coupled with an energetic orange. The line work is very smooth, and the muscularity is pleasing. Interesting my friend... --- edit: Also is he looking at his reflection on the ground? What surface is he on? |

Apiphobia, or spheksophobia, or cnidophobia. Bees, or wasps, or stinging. "It's not like they are out to get you." , they always said. "It's not like they have a list or something." By the time they realized I was right it was far too late for "Them" *shiver* stinging flying things make me go fetal. Really, like those people on the talk shows who are afraid of foil or kittens, like that. Even stupid June beetles freak me out cause the are all buzzy and like my almost three feet of hair.
davincipoppalag (May 4, 2006)
I'm with you on those flyin stingers Kraisa...ssshuuuudderrr
pandabarrie (May 4, 2006)
i grew up around these things so i know how to avoid making them angry and such. as for your pic, i really like it, from the thumbnail it looked almost real. and i love his little list. it made me smile :)
Qwerty_Wittle_Fawah (May 6, 2006)

Ohh, I must have missed that one Poppa, I LOVE Black Widows (I know wierd right?) They're just so beautiful with that red hourglass on their stomache. And well who doesn't like an insect where the female calls all the shots ends up getting satisfied after.. *heeheehee*Thanks both of you.
emmamommalag (May 5, 2006)
You're the second person I've heard of who has a fear of moths. My niece panics. Great job on the details.. you're very brave. :)
Qwerty_Wittle_Fawah (May 6, 2006)

It is what it says...the first thing that came to mind was Picasso and his abstract art
davincipoppalag (May 6, 2006)
It's very Picassoesque ( probably not a word) but I love that butterflyThanks DaVinci...I am very sad I have reached my limit...which means that I can't go fix what I wanted to fix. Is there anyway that I can more space by the end of the day? We shall find out...If not I guess I can live with the bg
fleeting_memory (May 6, 2006)
haha wow this is awesome I love it! The face looks great and so does that poor confused butterfly! The uneven black and white work well as a background.okay the last background was just to bright and think it was taking away from the picture, but I think it is better now.
*sigh* I feel content now |
