Randomly narcissistic inspiration, I guess. I just felt like doing an "anime" style self portrait for some reason. This seemed like a good medium for it. I'm getting better with the mouse, only three drawings in. Impressive, given how slow I usually am to adapt to a new medium.

I only used three colors--black, white, and green--to keep the drawing simple. In hindsight, that probably wasn't too good of an idea. But, anyways, I like it. Not as much as I probably should, but I have a habit of nitpicking my work in my head no matter how bad or good it is.

Of course, this is a rather (un)flattering self portrait, so I'm probably biased. XD

I'm not sure what I was thinking. It just started out with me messing around with the layer thing and the blur thing, and as I went, that came out of it. I'm sure someone could chalk it up to symbolism of the victimization against gays and lesbians but er...I just thought it looked cool. Otherwise I wouldn't of posted it. lol

P.S. I dislike the use of rainbows, but this drawing is pretty interesting.

I don't know about deleting.. It looks well done. The color of the horse goes very nicely with the completed part of the background.. and such shiney hair too. Purdy ears.. snout too.. fly horsey, fly!

P.S. Alright. I'm done beating around the bush. What I'm really trying to say is I can't draw horses for shit, unlike you. Haha. -pets the horsey-

Still looks a little screwed-up... I achieved new levels of laziness on the background. Note to self: multi tasking can be a good thing, but only if the tasks don't involve BGing, shading, and watching a certain childrens' cartoon that I'm hooked on.

A quick sketch of a character I play in a RP, Gareth. Two layers, solids and halftone watercolors, carpel (sp?) tunnel. XD I'm a little more pleased with today's sketch than I was with yesterday's. There's a bit of an anatomy problem with his left arm there, but making a wireframe would have been messy on Oekaki.

Random fact! His giant, oversized hoody actually has little teddy bear ears on the hood part. I'll have to draw him with it up one of these days...

Please excuse the shoddy background. I really, really couldn't think of anything better. :x

P.S. Backgrounds.. you could try a street, alley, school, home, field, Uranus, super market, Disney World, China, tree house, closet, car, forest, jungle, city, desert, farm, Uranus, Best Buy, wonder land, yellow brick road, or even Uranus.. or may be the moon.

Eh...I forgot that I undid the halftones. :/ I tried using them to color his hair and shade his skin, but the background kept peeking through. So I just undid them and used the regular watercolors. Thanks for correcting me.
