You could have said many different things.. such as 'Just using my time wisely' or 'Just practicing with an electric arc' or 'Just testing my mouse/tablet'.. but nooooo. You just had to say the word "bored", didn't you?On another note, there's too much space under the arc. The arc is cool, but there's just too much empty space. Perhaps you could have tried drawing a background? Abstract electric arcs? Something.

Ta Da! Its supposed to be Angel Falls and i think it looks sort of like it except i went a bit mad with the blur tool thing i was never good at detail anyway so if anyone has any comments or improvements for next time the bottom of the mountain is a bit funny o well i think its ok =^.^=

What a very cute picture! I don't think the blur is bad, in this case, it's not eye fuzzling. The color of his hair is the same as the orange, so it's a lil confusing there, but I don't really care, because his eyes grab me! Meks me go "aww".And ain't is too a word!
